How to manage, group and access custom properties?

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hey guys. Do you know how to access a page where I can manage my properties? Like, I can create a segment basead in a property but I cannot actually see my list of properties and create one there. Or even organize properties in folders, like ActiveCampaign or HubSpot. Do Klavyio has this feature?

Hello @Henriuqe,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

Currently, Klaviyo does not offer something similar to ActiveCampaign or HubSpot to see and manage all your profile properties at a glance. I’ll share this feedback with our Product Team!

However, you can achieve something similar by creating a segment capturing all your profiles/contacts and using the export function. When exporting this segment, you’ll be able to see all properties associated with the profiles captured by the segment at a glance. You can also export the segment while selecting all properties to analyze, view, and manage in a .CSV file.

You can learn more about this process through our Profile properties reference and How to export a list or segment to a CSV file.

I hope this helps!

David

Hi @David To is there any update on this? I’m also looking for an overview of all properties and a way to keep things organised.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Thank you in advance!
