We’re currently trying to create a new Shipping Template after connecting Starshipit API to Klaviyo.
After creating a button and linking the dynamic tag for Tracking URL, Klaviyo uses its inbuild link wrapping and generates its own URL instead of taking the raw source link.
This results that carriers URL’s are running into errors.
Is there any guidance or advise to disable the klaviyo link wrapping so it will use for this template the raw urls? Any other advise how to achieve that? We can use Shopify dynamic tags or Starshipit ones. I’ve contacted Klaviyo Support but they couldn’t figured out yet.
