Please show me how to set up a segment that contains all new customers for the last 24 hours.

Hi @Xavi great question, thanks for continuing the conversation!

You can segment by NEW CUSTOMERS by creating a segment by What someone has done / placed order equals  over all time

AND

placed order at least once between x dates (if you are looking at new customers for a specific time frame). Adding the parameter that they have only placed one order over all time would mean they could only be new customers.

Hope this helps,

Katherine

Hi there @Dimitar Petkov,

Welcome to the Community.

You can create a segment of customers who have placed an order between specific dates. For example:
?name=Screen+Shot+2020-03-07+at+9.08.51+AM.png
Then you could tag the segment for whichever audience.

I highly recommend checking our additional resources found in the help center and Academy for segment guides. Thank you!

Alex
