Is there any way to add an ‘order over £100’ to part of a segment ?

Hi @SionaWard,

Thank you for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community.

When you build a segment using “what someone has done (or not done)” as a condition, you’ll be able to select the “Value” for most metrics. This can vary depending on your integration. Here is an example using Shopify’s “Checkout Started Value”. From there, you can add a number to include in the value i.e. “is at least 10 over all time”.

I hope that’s helpful.

Hello,

If I am looking to create a segment to see one order £100 or over since a certain date would that be possible?

I have tried fulfilled order value is at least 100 after the date however this is not for a single order.

Thank you

Hi @SionaWard,

Thanks for your follow-up message.

That is correct, that order value refers to aggregate values from all events. The short answer is not at this time. However, you can add a few additional criteria to the segment to capture users with a single fulfilled order logged on their profile after date X. So say they fulfill a single order of £100 or over after date X, this segment would work. However, it would exclude users who have fulfilled multiple orders after said date.

I hope that’s helpful.
