When creating a segment, why do I not have the "Accepts Marketing" profile property?

Hi,

 

I want to create a segment in my base.

I select property about someone, and not have the choice “Accept Marketing” . In my other shop i have this choice...

 

What is the problem ?

Hi @PEDROFR ,

The “Accepts Marketing” profile property syncs for subscribers that have accepted marketing at checkout in a Shopify store. 

Few things to check:

  • Is this second store a Shopify store or powered by another ecommerce platform?
  • If you are using Shopify for this store, do you have the setting that routes users that accept marketing at checkout to a Klaviyo list set?

 

You can also collect consent through Klaviyo signup forms
