abandoned cart flow

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community! Happy to help with your Abandoned Cart flow! 

That button will redirect to an Abandoned Cart template if you have the prerequisites for the Flow. The prerequisites for an Abandoned Cart Flow are a Started Checkout or Placed Order metric -  most likely you don’t have either of those metrics associated with a profile in your account, this is often the case with new accounts.. However, you can go to Create Flow in the top right-hand corner of that page:

From there, you can access all of our Abandoned Cart templates and get started (link to Flow template page: https://www.klaviyo.com/flows/create).
