"Add to Cart" and "Place Order" triggered from code but invisible on klaviyo

Hi

We are using legacy API to track addToCart and placeOrder events

https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/v1-2/reference/track-get

GET request to https://a.klaviyo.com/api/track

We are getting successful response from API but events are not visible in klaviyo

example:

Call we are using on place order a.klaviyo.com/api/track?data=eyJ0b2tlbiI6IlJ3Zj...…

So, implementation is OK but why metrics are not visible ?

My apologies for the delay here!

Our legacy APIs are being depreciated this year, so I would recommend updating your integration to use the latest APIs if possible, which will also resolve this issue.
