I installed the added to cart event to our shopify store about 2 months ago, and it’s seems like everything is properly setup as its shown in the image below. However there wasn’t any event recorded despite people adding items to thier cart.
Is there anything else i need to instal?

Did your shop theme go through any updates recently? If any of the coding/theme was updated or shifted, that may result in the removal of your tracking script for the Add to Cart metric.
