My store is implementing a free shipping minimum order value and were hoping to include a pop up on the cart page telling them what they need to spend to get free shipping (ie. “Add $10 to your cart & get free shipping) - is this a capability in Klaviyo’s pop up forms?

Unfortunately this type of popup isn’t available within Klaviyo, where the value left to spend to get free shipping is calculated and presented.
However you could use the popup features to present the offers to your customers based on time spent on site, specific URL’s, or exclude etc
Also don’t forget to add this offer to your Abandoned Cart flow or Browse Abandoned Cart, especially if you split by spend value.
