I’m new to Klaviyo and I’m interested in giving people the option to subscribe to different lists on the “Preferences” page, rather than just unsubscribe from the “general” list. I see where to add blocks with custom text and options, but I don’t see how to link to the different lists… Is that even possible? Thanks!

I would recommend you to review this post where your question is answered.
It will take some changes and using preferences instead of separate lists but this is the best way to manage this.
