Hi folks!

Say I have a flow, and I tried some different conditional splits to test out some timing etc (this was done before the new A/B testing built into flows)… If I want to remove the emails at the end of the splits and refine how the flow is structured, will the reported performance of the flow as a whole stay the same, or will it “lose” whatever results were associated with the emails that are removed?

HI @wernstrom

Thank you for posting your question in the Klaviyo community.

In my experience, if you remove the emails from the flow you will lose the results associated to those messages.

If you are interested in restructuring the flow and keeping the past results, I would duplicate the flow and make your structural changes to the new flow so you can retain the results in the old flow.

I hope this helps!
