Hello, I received a message that says klaviyo is no longer able to authenticate with wix. I’m not sure why this happened, I successfully integrated the two yesterday evening. May I have some assistance with this?

If you have access to it, it might be useful to contact Support with this issue because it can often be account-specific. However, here are some ways you could get started troubleshooting this yourself:
- Navigate to your Wix integration settings > Click into Data > Manage Integration > Re-authenticate
If that fails, you may have to remove the integration entirely and restart:
- Remove integration:
- Navigate to Wix integration settings > Click into Data > Manage Integration > Remove Integration
- Re-integrate with Wix:
