Hey there,

I would like to ask if I can import a pop up form from Figma to Klaviyo and add it to my shopify store? I am currently doing 3D Pop Ups and it’s very easy for me to create them in Figma.

Thank you,

Sebastian

Hi there @Sebastian

Welcome to the Community! Thanks for your question!

Currently within the platform we are not able to import a signup form HTML, which would be the only way to import your design from Figma into a Klaviyo form.

However, what you can do is add your custom form to your website and then use Klaviyo code to redirect this form to a Klaviyo list.

No direct import path - Klaviyo's form builder is its own separate editor, distinct from the email template system.

Two options: rebuild in Klaviyo's native form builder using the Figma design as a visual reference - you get color, layout blocks, and image uploads, though custom fonts are limited to web-safe options. Or write custom HTML/CSS and use Klaviyo's embed code path - full design fidelity, but you lose the built-in A/B testing and analytics for that form.

Most teams rebuild in the native builder and accept the font limitation. That gap is usually the main friction point.
