Difficulty determining if my flow unique shopify coupon is delivering after sign up

I have created a dynamic Shopify coupon code and in the flow, the trigger whenever anyone signup up on email list pop up. In the pop-up, I have directed the SUBMIT button to add that person to the same email list, which I think should trigger the unique coupon code to be sent.

But when I test it, I only receive the opt-in to the email list. After I opt-in, I ma not seeng the discount code email anywhere.

Before I publish the pop-up and go live I want to make sure the discount code is delivered.

What might I be missing?

Thanks so much for reaching out to the Community! Have you set up a flow to automatically send out an email with the coupon code when the form is submitted? Details on that process can be found here.
