Hi. I am creating my emails as templates and then selecting said templates as my way of adding emails to a flow. If I make a change to text or design at the template level, does it automatically update any emails using that template in my flows? The answer appears to be “no” but I’m looking for confirmation. Hey Suzanne! You’re right: the answer is no. When you use a template in a flow or campaign, you’re essentially making a copy of the original template, and the two versions are not connected in any way. Changes to the template will not be reflected in the flow, and vice versa.
