+2This is an incredibly frustrating issue.
I have created an email in Klavio that I would like to send out. However, when I preview it, only the first half of the email shows up.
Even worse, when I exited the builder to go to the home page, half of the email was deleted. The same half that didn’t show up in the preview.
Does anyone know what the issue is here? Is there some kind of max length I’m not aware of?

It sounds like what you are experiencing is email clipping. This has to do with the size of the template being designed.
If you haven’t already, I’d recommend taking a quick peek at our help center article that adds more context around why emails get clipped and some troubleshooting tips and tricks.
