Embeded forms in shopify

Hello,

I am trying to add an embeded form into shopify 2.0.

I follow the instructions here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006897412

I add the app block and then copy the code of the form.

But the form does not show up on the page.

Can you please help?

It is confusing that in shopify it says I should just paste the form ID, but in the Klaviyo form editor it says, copy and paste the whole code on the page whereever I need it…

Can you tell me, which shopify theme do you use? it depends on the theme, my theme has two block types where the html code snippet from klaviyo could be pasted:

Either you use Custom HTML or a Custom Liquid Section/Block, where you can paste the snippet. Feel free to try this out, otherwise you can write me a private message in german or english, if you need further support.

Hello Alina,

there are several types of forms in klaviyo (popup, embed, fullpage and so on)

The Shopify Klaviyo Embedded App only works with the Embed Form from Klaviyo, for all other forms you need to paste the html snipped provided by klaviyo.
