+2Hi all, we came across a very weird page speed issue in Gtmetrix which appears to be (cancelled), and 0KB size. Our main question is: if this is flagged as an issue with a (cancelled) voice and 0KB size, is this actually an issue? What would that even mean, and is there anything we can do about this? Is anyone else in the same boat?

The snippet your describing is Klaviyo’s standard snippet of onsite javascript which is required for web tracking (more information on that here). You will need this script on your site. With respect to specifics called out by Gtmetrix, (0KB and cancelled status) that would be a question better suited for them to explain why it’s showing these numbers when the script should be active on your page and has a size > 0KB.
