With email, I can add inactive emails to Suppression List, or they will be automatically added to this list if users unsubscribe or bounce our emails. So how can I do that with sms?

Hey @Julie,

Thanks for being a part of the Klaviyo Community!

Similar to Email, customers who unsubscribe via SMS by texting “STOP” to your SMS number would be unsubscribed from SMS going forward automatically. This process would also automatically remove SMS consent from the profile who unsubscribed. You can still manually “suppress” contacts from SMS and remove a contact’s SMS consent directly from within each contact’s profile. Doing so would prevent these contacts/profiles from receiving future SMS messages from your account. Instructions on how to manually remove a profile’s SMS consent can be found from the How to Remove SMS Consent from a Profile article.

Hope this helps!
