One of my favorite parts of marketing is when an A/B test completely humbles your assumptions 😅
The version you were sure would win loses badly. The “safe” option somehow crushes the creative one. The tiny tweak ends up outperforming the full redesign.
Anyone else have a moment like this recently or one that has stuck with them since it happened?
What’s an A/B test you ran where the results genuinely surprised you?
Could be email, SMS, landing pages, timing, subject lines or anything else.
