+2Hi everyone, I’m very new to Klaviyo and wanting to send a one-off email to recent customers. We use Shopify and this is integrated correctly (as far as I’m aware).
I need to email customers who have purchased from our website over the last week to let them know about shipping delays.

You can create segment with this definition
What someone has done or not done - Placed order - at least once - in the last - 7 days
And than you can simply send the campaign you want to send to this segment only
