How to report bad actors using Klaviyo

Hello,

I am a person, not a customer, who is being inundated by unwanted e-mails from one of your clients. I have unsubscribed multiple times and somehow keep ending back up on their marketing lists. I have even e-mailed personally with the company owner who has assured me I’m off their lists, but has since stopped replying to me.

Is this something I can report to Klaviyo or there a different approach you’d recommend?

Welcome and thank you for sharing this with the Community. I appreciate you bringing this up with us. The best way I believe would be to discuss this with our Support / D&C Team so that you can share the info of this account with them and get to investigating. I have created a ticket under your name so you should expect contact soon asking for more details.

Thank you. Sorry to bother you, I think I actually should seek legal counsel first. Kind regards
