Is Manager access normal to give for fiverr flow creator?

Hello,

Have purchased Fiverr flow package and the developer would like manager access, is the correct access to provide or is it too much.

Hi @Billy26 Just to add to @Carl Reynolds answer, as a general rule, it’s a good idea to give the least amount of access required to do the job. Here are the definitions and how each role is defined in Klaviyo: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005231648

Hi Billy!

There are several different tiers in Klaviyo that grant different levels of access. A developer asking for manager access has never raised my eyebrows because it’s needed in order to create and update API keys.

If you trust the developer then you should be good to go. Otherwise you can ask the developer for instructions and you can implement the changes yourself.
