Hey peeps, currently I’ve designed my sign up pop up form also create a new list and also runing flows, but problem here is my customers are not receiving welcome emails as I’ve make for them, other thing here is, in my list,it shows only 1 memeber but in sign up form there are 3 memebers. Why is it so?

Could you please take a snapshot of the flow trigger and any trigger filters you’ve set up for the flow? Also, do you have your signup form set to single or double opt in? If it is set up to double opt in and your customers do not complete the second step they will not be added to your list even if they started the signup form.
