I’m a freelance email marketer and I integrated klaviyo with my clients Wix website for email marketing. I have a sign up form on the wix website to collect emails. The problem is when people are signing up they aren’t being placed into the welcome flow I have set up. We’ve had about 80 people sign up so far and only 20 have gotten added to the newsletter list. I have it set up to where when they put in their email on wix they get added to the newsletter list, and from there people from the newsletter list get put through the welcome flow I have set up. I’m really lost on why only certain people get added to the newsletter and why others are just getting put into the profiles section and not the newsletter. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

When this issue occurs, it’s usually because the list has double opt-in enabled, which means that the profiles will have to accept an opt-in email before they are added to the list. More on this here:
