Not able to create API key

Hi Team,

I am unable to create a new API key using the following link: https://app.claap.io/c-3YfMIiN6mG-owwLAfFIzqsg?ccl=1

Hello @Devphoenix,

I took the liberty of editing your original post to omit any sensitive data. 

I would first suggest checking to make sure you have the appropriate user credentials/permissions to create a private key. 

If so, I recommend moving on to fully logging out of Klaviyo, clearing your cache and cookies, and then fully restarting your browser. In my experience, something like this could as simple as your browser/credentials timing out or a caching issues preventing you to click the button. 

Also, I suggest reviewing to seeing if you have any extensions that may be preventing Klaviyo from functioning correctly too.
