On trigger sign up form

Hi everyone

I have a sign up form which is triggered by clicking a button. The button is installed correctly and is working. The only problem is that the pop up also appears on page load. Why is this happening? I have checked ‘only show on custom trigger’ and installed the code into the page.

Thanks for sharing this with us.

My understanding is that if you’re using the custom trigger option for your sign-up form, it will override the display settings for the form i.e. you won’t be able to adjust the display frequency while also using the custom trigger option.
