I try to configure to send an email and after this another one at 5 min, then another with a difference of one minute.
My thinking is that, in 10 minutes, I can test the operation of my complete flow.
But something happens and after the second email it no longer sends anything …
Does anybody know what is it happen?

Do you mind providing more details of the flow you are working such as a screenshot and the goal of your flow?
If you were just looking to test the flow and have shorter time delays between each email, I would recommend ensuring that the entire flow is already set up and all the emails in the flow are set Live before triggering this flow with your test profile. I would also recommend taking a look at the How Contacts Move through a Flow to learn more about how contacts flow through a flow.
