So, basically, every person who gives us their lead in the password page or pop-up, gets stored in the shopify mail list but it won’t get added to the klaviyo list when it used to happen.
I recently deleted my old klaviyo list and created a new one so that might be the reason, but I can’t find how to connect it again. Would anyone assist me please?

If you go here: https://www.klaviyo.com/integration/shopify , you can see the section below under sync settings. Check that the selected list is the one you want Shopify to sync email subscribers to.
Alternatively, if you’re using a Klaviyo form on Shopify to capture emails, edit that form and select the submit button. Check the left-hand pane under ‘Button click action’ to see which list submissions are being pushed.
