How to make klaviyo popup appear only when there is an active promotion in shopify store?

Welcome to the Community.
Currently, the best way to do this with a native Klaviyo popup form would be just to toggle it based on whether or not a promotion is going on.
There would have to be some output captured about an “active promotion” on your site for a form to recognize it. Most likely, I believe this would have to be a custom form designed by a dev.
