Unable to create an Abandoned Cart flow

I have connected my store to klaviyo using API. But when i tried to creat a new flow (abandoned checkout) then it happened. Please helpe me:

Hi @hydrogifter,

 

As an initial troubleshooting step, I would recommend cloning this flow and manually adjusting the trigger to match your custom started checkout event that you are syncing.

 

If this flow was created from Klaviyo’s flow library and it’s not recognizing the triggering event, it could be that this flow wasn’t mapped to the correct event - this can happen if your custom started checkout event is named slightly differently than the default “Started Checkout” event.

What she said + also go to Klaviyo - Dashboard and click on activity and check if you're seeing a checkout started or started checkout event here. that should be the trigger of the flow.
