Hi @Scarlett_Marketing_TF,
What inbox or inboxes is this occurring in, and would you mind sending over a screenshot of this warning? Additionally, if you’re able to click show original/view source on your email to confirm that it passes DMARC, that would rule out a DMARC issue (You should see a line in the source that says DMARC PASS, or something similar).
I’m assuming that the Unverified sender tag you’re seeing is in Outlook, right? It's part of Microsoft's security protocols, designed to help users identify potential spam or phishing emails that reach their inbox. It doesn't affect your deliverability; it's just a cautionary tag applied by Outlook to encourage the recipient to use best practices when interacting with the email.
Essentially, if Outlook finds the message suspicious, but it isn't deemed malicious, the sender will be marked as "Unverified" to notify the receiver that the sender may or may not be who they appear to be. With consistency in your marketing from that domain to other Outlook addresses, that tag will eventually go away organically.
