Have you tried opening klaviyo in an incognito window? can you please try that? or use a different browser. Sometimes, accumulated cache and cookies can cause problems. Clear them and try again.

After accumulated cache and cookies, and log into the account, this issue still exist, I noticed that this issue happened after the campaign builder get updated, is there anyway to fix this issue?

Yes, I use the Chrome browser, and I’ve tried to clear cache and cookies, and I also tried to log into an incognito browser, but when I chick ‘’NEXT”, this issue happens again.
