Some background information, created a segment (backpoulate) with users who is in Newletters before Feb 28 I did “Schedule for each step relative to the date someone was added to my list/segment” Does it usually take this long for the flow to backpopulate? I checked the flow history and it says I backpopulated it.

Why did my flow not send after I back-populated?

Some background information,

created a segment (backpoulate) with users who is in Newletters before Feb 28
I did “Schedule for each step relative to the date someone was added to my list/segment”

Does it usually take this long for the flow to backpopulate? I checked the flow history and it says I backpopulated it.
