Hey @PSazy

Are you seeing the total number of click recipients is higher than the number of Open recipients (the values underneath the percentage) or just the percentage is higher?

Hi there - thanks for reporting the issues. This is a bug and you can monitor if any incidents are happening here: https://status.klaviyo.com/. I do not see any reported issues the the moment but it could be updated soon.

"Click rate" is calculated by dividing the number of unique clicks on links within an email by the total number of delivered emails, while "open rate" is calculated by dividing the number of unique opens of an email by the total number of delivered emails. So that is not possible.

Hi @PSazy

Thank you for your comment in the community. To follow up on @TimMartinHarvey questions, I would be curious to know what you are seeing from a count and ratio perspective. One thing to keep in mind is if you are seeing low open rates, this could also be an indicator of deliverability issues. While I would say you would expect clicks to follow lower if you do have low deliverability, its possible for your click rates to be higher when the users who did receive the email opened and clicked at a higher rate, despite a larger percentage of people not opening the email because they didn’t see it (junk folder, etc.)

I would be sure to check your deliverability as well to verify this is not part of the issue.

Best,
