Why my campaign cancelled?

I found the same frustration in the community. Please check this link.

I followed ArpitBanjara 's response to check the content and set up again.

 

Everything is fine but I just can't send the email out.

 

It keeps saying that the unsubscribe link missed.

 

What should I do?

I solved this issue by changing the font color…I always thought the color was the default black, and it is indeed black, but why can't Klaviyo recognize it? It was not until I changed it to another equally conspicuous color that it was recognized.

Hey ​@Lily513 

It is a mandatory policy to give your profiles an option to unsubscribe to your email marketing emails. (its a government policy as well)

So you need to add unsubscribe link in your footer section of all the emails you send

How to add an unsubscribe link to Klaviyo emails

You can just add this link {% unsubscribe %} to the text that says something like “Unsubscribe Here”

I did added the unsubscribed link. Seems like a bug of the system and support didn’t reply to me at now that makes me sad...
