What he’s been up to
Underground Ecom is a major Klaviyo partner in EMEA: Stefan’s team manages dozens of Klaviyo accounts (last I heard - over 80!) with impressive client results and a sizable managed ARR, positioning them among the region’s largest partners. He and his agency have also been active contributors to product feedback and early feature rollouts (WhatsApp and advanced reporting among them).

Stefan brings a practical, human-first point of view to emerging tech. In a recent Klaviyo community forum article he flagged AI-driven personalized automation as the defining ecommerce trend for 2026 – not because AI will replace strategy, but because it will reveal the teams that best combine customer psychology with creative storytelling.
He also reminds marketers that “brands with authentic style and messaging will be even more powerful and memorable than those leveraging AI to generate their content.” These ideas sum up Stefan’s approach: use tools to scale creativity, not to replace it.
