Hello, Klaviyo Community!

 

I’m Marissa on the Customer Education team. You may have noticed that Customer Ed. and Community have been busy expanding the variety of resources we offer to help you own your destiny and grow your business using Klaviyo. From launching an Academy website with strategy-based courses and a brand new product and SMS certification program, to creating this very Community last year, there are now many more ways for you to learn with Klaviyo.

 

But with all these new options, how do you know which is best for you? I’m excited to announce that today we launched a unified search experience on our Help Center to guide you to the right resource, regardless of where it lives! Unified search means that you can now search across the Help Center, Academy, and Community – all from our Help Center website. 

 

This experience is similar to the one already available on the Community. As we continue to expand our resource offerings, we will also expand this functionality so that you never have to go hunting for the right answers to your questions. Launching unified search is the first step in creating a more cohesive learning experience across Klaviyo’s ecosystem of resources, so stay tuned for more in 2022.
