I’m considering moving to Omnisend as I’m finding Klaviyo a bit difficult to learn and I’m a beginner with Shopify and there on the basic plan there is no live chat or email support.
What would happened to the coupon codes already distributed to my newsletter subscribers (there’s around 50 subscribers that got a coupon code) if I move over to Omnisend, can they still use the code?

If the Klaviyo account is active then the coupons should still work.
