Hi there,

We just finished setting up Klaviyo’s “server side tracking” with GTM (using TAGGRS, which is similar to Stape.io’s GTM integration”.   Everything seems to be working, so our question is, can we now disable / deactivate the Klaviyo Wordpress plugin on our site?

As I assume it’s redundant to have both running, and the purpose of the GTM integration was to start moving all of our tracking into GTM.

Hey @posterprintshop

Yes, if you have successfully set up Klaviyo's server-side tracking with GTM and verified that it is working correctly, you can disable or deactivate the Klaviyo WordPress plugin. However I would suggest Keeping a note of the plugin settings and configurations in case you need to revert back to using the plugin. Ensure all GTM tags related to Klaviyo are set up correctly and firing as expected.

I hope this helps

Cheers
