Testing Email Flow in LIVE Mode

Hi, I need help testing a flow in LIVE mode to make sure everything works correctly before going fully live. Specifically, I want to verify that hyperlinks, links, and buttons in emails are functioning properly and directing users as intended—like in abandoned cart or checkout cart scenarios.

I've tested them in preview mode and sent test emails to myself, but they don’t seem to work. My IT person suggested I test the flow in LIVE mode. Could you guide me on how to do this?

Can you let me know what is happening when you send test emails to yourself? or maybe share screenshots of what things don’t work by sending a test email to yourself?

@ArpitBanjara Thank you for the reply - when I sent the test to my email I can see what works and what doesn’t, for example the buttons are working but the “unsubscribe” in the footer of the email does not and my IT /Web person insists that is because I have to test the flow in live mode to see everything working. So that is why I reach out. Thank you!
