How do you get this in your pop up form, i imagine it is just buttons and on the click it puts them in a list that represents the button but is there a way to do it with segments etc?

Hi @avidagencyuk,

Yep, you could totally create segments based off of what button someone clicks in the popup form and once they’ve identified themselves.

First, you’d want to collect a hidden field (e.g. “Problem”) with a unique value (e.g. “Focus”, “Immunity” etc.) for each button. The Submit hidden fields sub-section in this Klaviyo help center guide walks through how to do that.

Next, you’ll want to create a segment that includes everyone who has submitted this form and provided one of the responses. Essentially, anyone who has this field “set” on their profile could work. They should also have provided email marketing consent if the desire is to send marketing emails to them.

Lastly, you can create a segment-triggered flow, and structure it accordingly based on what type of content you’re looking to surface. For example, you could insert conditional splits in to the flow to create unique paths for each value in the “Problem” field.

Hoping the above is helpful guidance, LMK if you have any questions!

Cheers,
Bobby
