Hi Community,

I am trying to gear up for the BFCM shenanigans and after reading Klaviyo suggestions I would love to add an Add to Cart Abandonment Flow (as opposed to an Abandoned Cart Flow).

Does anyone have any experience with this flow that they could share?

Any tips from experience on wait times from trigger to first email and then to second email?

Appreciate any thoughts

Best Wishes

Rachel

Hey @Rachel T

It sounds like you are looking to create a browse abandonment flow. This is where someone views a product then leaves without adding it to their cart. The flow setup suggested in the flow is based on holistic data from all klaviyo accounts for time delays and number of follow up emails. Every industry and brand is different so  what is best for you might not be what is setup. Check it out and come back to share any further information you have to help us problem solve this for you!
