I added a Trigger filters to the Browse abandonment flow. I added a product trigger like Namedoesn't equalChoosing a Congregation That is Right for You (12 pk). If a user reviews this product (Choosing a Congregation That is Right for You (12 pk).) and another product, will he receive a Browse abandonment email? Or will he not receive any emails due to this rule?

Hey @Busra Sahin

So profiles who just browsed the product - Congregation That is Right for You (12 pk) - will NOT go through this flow

However we usually add a flow filter that says - “has not been in this flow in the last 30 days (X days)” which will prevent profiles from entering this flow if they also viewed another product with the ‘Congregation That is Right for You (12 pk)’ that you mention. However if this filter is absent, they will go through this flow for any other products that they viewed.

I hope this makes sense.
