MOBILE VIEW MAILERS, SIDE BY SIDE PICTURES

as we get more mobile users on our website, the mailers need to be look great on mobile view too. 

 

how can I add pictures ( columns ) side by side on mobile view?

or a picture and text side by side.

it always falls underneath one another.

Thanks for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community!

On mobile devices, to keep blocks side by side as opposed to stacking, you can either disable the auto-mobile optimization feature or use a table blocks to re-create your columns.

@ashley_mcdermott explains disabling the auto-mobile optimization in further details in her Community post below. She also provides the the Optimizing Your Emails for Mobile article which dives even further and gives more information and tips on how to optimize emails for mobile.

 The second option to allow your blocks to display side by side would be using a table block. When auto-mobile optimization is enabled, of all the blocks that Klaviyo offers, only the table block will not forcibly re-organize and stack. @retention also calls this option out in a similar Community post pertaining to the same topic:
