Hi all! Any idea on why my second email has zero in the Waiting count? None have been sent yet, this is a new flow but i am expecting to see a number here!

Hi @phil_h90 if the second step was added after the first email had already been triggered for users, anyone who already went through the first email will have “Finished” the flow and therefore wouldn’t receive the second email. If you do’nt have any dynamic coupons in the flow, you can use the “add past profiles” and make sure to add them where they are in the flow (not the beginning - so people who already received email 1 don’t get it again).

Hope this helps!

Hi @phil_h90

Thank you for posting your question in the community. It looks like the second message in your flow has Smart Sending enabled (as indicated by the small envelop icon in the lower left corner of the email step), but I would expect to see the Skipped number represent users who were impacted by the smart sending.

Was the second email added or wait step added after users were triggered into the first email? That could cause users to not be entered into the second message.

I am curious if any of the other Champion have ideas here as well. @Adam Ragsdale @Bobi N. @KatherineB @bluesnapper

Best,

Thanks for the reply!

Yes the second step was added after the first step email had already gone out, but with a two day delay.

Are you assuming that this flow then only applies to new entrants to my email list and is there a way to manually include those that have not received it ?

Thanks again! Much appreciated!

Phil
