I am trying to set up my Abandoned Cart Flow in Klaviyo, but I am encountering multiple technical issues that prevent me from sending test emails or running my campaign properly.
- No option to send test emails – The option disappears every time I try to perform a test, preventing me from ensuring the campaign works properly.
2. Syntax errors that are unclear – I receive error messages about invalid syntax, but there is no clear explanation on how to resolve them.
3. Integration with my store is connected – However, emails are still not being sent properly, and I have no way of understanding what the issue is.
4. No support or assistance options – Live chat is blocked, there is no email support without payment, and there is no organized response anywhere.
I am very disappointed by the lack of proper support for basic setup issues, especially since I want to test Klaviyo before committing to a paid plan. If I don’t get a solution quickly, I am seriously considering switching to a competing platform with better customer support.
Has anyone else faced similar issues? Does anyone have a workaround or solution for these problems?
