Hi there

After my leads go through my welcome series I’d like to add them to a new flow - is it possible to do this?

Thanks

Karen

Hi @KarenWorkJoyful!

Yes, it’s absolutely possible to add leads to a new flow after they finish your welcome series in Klaviyo.

Here’s how you can do it:

1. Create the new flow you want to add them to (e.g., a post-welcome flow or a nurture sequence).

2. In your welcome series flow, at the end of the last email or step, you can set up a Trigger or Action to add them to the new flow.

3. You can use a List Triggered Flow or a Segment-based Flow. For example, you could create a segment for people who have completed your welcome series, and then have that segment trigger the new flow.

This way, once your leads finish the welcome series, they automatically move to the next flow.

Let me know if you need more details!
