Not receiving Klaviyo emails

All my emails campaigns go to my “Most Engaged” segment and the “Internal Team” list - both of which I am a part of. However, Klaviyo is skipping sending me emails for over a month now. Checked Spam, Junk, etc. The rest of my 24 team members (using the same email domain) are receiving the emails. Lastly, I still show as subscribed in my profile.

Note: Earlier my team sent me regular test emails. Now that has stopped too. However, I still don’t receive emails.

When you go to “profiles” and then look up your email specifically - does it look like the emails are sent to you? You should be able to track the activity on the right side. Are you seeing if you are getting emails at all?

 

If you are not getting emails try to look at the recipient activity of your specific campaign - under “skipped” or “blocked” can you search and find your email? This will give you more information about the problem.

 

Another solution to just subscribe yourself in an extra email. To do that you add the “+” sign to the username.

For example, my email is michelle@thesak.com but if I want to duplicate it, I can use michelle+extra@thesak.com
