Klaviyo Issues

Post Maintenance, Klaviyo is severely down for many of us. Are there any issues going on now?

So sorry to hear that you both are having troubles with Klaviyo! 

You can actually check if there are any incidents or issues effecting the performance of Klaviyo from our Public Status page. From my knowledge there hasn’t been any incidents reported post-maintance. 

Since it sounds like these cases are isolated, I would suggest taking the following steps to troubleshoot and see if it helps!

  • Fully Cleared your cache and cookies and fully restarting your browser and computer (to ensure the coockies and caches are fully cleared)
  • Logged out and back into your Klaviyo account
  • Double checking that your ad blockers, anti-viral softwares, or network filters/firewalls aren’t preventing Klaviyo to load
  • Ensuring that the browser you are using is up to date
  • Try logging in via an Incognito Window 
  • Making sure your computer/software is up to date

We’re having the similar issues too! Cant open or access anything on Klaviyo since yesterday - becoming quite frustrating now. 

Klaviyo team - an update would help!
